Update: The cost is seemingly going to be $200. Not bad for this type of device.
T-Mobile is planning to announce the launch of Android on an HTC phone on September 23rd. We all knew it was coming and the phone most likely will not be available until October. The planned announcements for the press conference will be carriers, pricing and data plans.

Google has yet another project it is embarking on. The GAudi project is the idea to make a more easily searchable database of video and audio files on the web by recording the audio of the files and then trascribing them into text. You will then be able to search the text and have it show you the relevant files. Right now they are only doing this with political archives and files and eventually will move onto other ventures. Is there anything Google does not do when it comes to indexing?

News of the EFI-X has been going around for a few days and Gizmodo posted a review of the device. The $155 usb dongle attaches to the inside of your motherboard to its USB header pins and can then trick your OSX disc to think it is installing on a Mac.

Google is archiving old newspapers and now the American Legion has an archive of World War 2 posters, 285 to be exact. Someday maybe we can all have one place to go for such an archive so we can remember the days when we gave our all for our country.
