I think I would prefer the Droid Razr. It has a larger screen, a faster processor, and it can use Verizon’s LTE network. That is a strong point for me because I have wanted to try the LTE network using the DISH Remote Access app from my employer DISH Network. This app lets me stream live TV and recorded shows from my Sling Adapter-connected receiver to my phone anywhere I am. Speaking of which, I paid $99 for my Sling Adapter, but I know that right now, DISH customers can get a Sling Adapter for free! Anyways, streaming is fine on my Droid, but the 3G is painfully slow! I am sure the app would be a lot smoother if I was on the LTE network. We shall see if I get this phone!

I’m in a pretty strange position. I sadly, decided to follow all my friends advice and look into getting, what was then a really good, advance phone at the time…the Blackberry Torch 9800. Im not a phone savvy person, but then again, I never really had a phone that can offer me the things I wanted to do, the blackberry was good, had the BBM option that all my friends “used” to have private conversations and so forth, was faster then what I had previously (I don’t even remember what the heck it was) but now over a year and some odd months into my Torch, im at the end of my rope with it’s choppy, pixelated video quality from YouTube or downloaded videos, even at it’s only option 3G network, it’s still slow AND to top it off, AT&T famed service is absolutely horrible. Dropped calls from me crossing bridges, 1 month of no text, web browsing, and Internet connection due to a corroded tower in my area, I’m an Optician and have my patients files on my phone, when I couldn’t access my documents, patients were left unhappy because of the time frame I promised them with my services. The best AT&T did was compensate me with a waived 1 months bill, after 7 patients of mine had left me to go some place else due to realistic turn around time. Bottom line, I checked out the Droid RAZR the other day and was slightly blown away at the features the RAZR has, the salesman showed me that I can, like the IPhone turn it into a mobile hotspot which I can use for my Ipad2 that I have, it’s super slim design matched with the Kevlar back and gorilla glass front make it a good package. The phone also has a number of other gizmos that caught my attention, the IPhone is equally as good but I’m looking for something less “clicky” and different, the Droid might offer me this option. Ay ideas? Please let me know since I’m slightly torn and I’m looking into getting a quicker, much more capable phone then my blackberry.
