Despite the many reports and Apple’s own admittance to the failure(?) of the Mobile me launch. I have experienced very few shortcomings. Every time I had the chance to check mail online or refresh email on the iphone, the service worked without a hitch. In using the calendar I was as able to update my events and soon received the update on the iphone(By soon I mean within 5 minutes). Although the term "push" has been removed from the Mobile me vocabulary due in part to refreshing in 15 minutes or so. This seems to be acceptable unless you are in a hurry. Now I must take into account that I do not receive hundreds of emails a day on the @me.com account and that may factor in. Mobile me has met my expectations and functions every bit as good as I had hoped. Despite all the bad press Mobile me has received, it is definitely worth taking another look.
