This is one of the best syncing apps you could use. It does everything you want automatically when it comes to files and storage. When you install it, it puts a dropbox folder in your finder or explorer. You can set it up so if you have the application installed on multiple computers, whatever you drop into the folder will appear on the other computer and vice versa. One of the coolest things it does though is provide 2GB online storage free and if you want to give someone access to at file without providing them your password, you can give them a link to a temporary URL which allows the download of the file.
The application is currently in beta and is available free for both Windows and Mac
