Very briefly, Digitimes has noted that during the second half of 2010 a new iMac with a Touchscreen could be delivered to consumers. The rumor comes via a report from Taiwan’s China Times that Quanta is expected to be the manufacturing partner for the new iMac.
There have been times I thought we would see Apple do a touchscreen iMac. Although I do not think it would be useful at all times, there are times when you may wan such a feature such as in iTunes or just moving or resizing a window. Either way at this point it appears almost everything is going touch based so this is not out f the realm of possibility.
