Instead of waiting for that new Mac Mini to be released, why not do what Charles Mangin has done? He has managed to displace the innards of his Mac Mini into an old 5 1/4 floppy drive. In what is one of the most interesting uses of historical Apple hardware, Charles has managed to make use of his old defunct hardware by getting with the "Green" theme that so adorns Apple these days. I was just stumbling pages, and found this page. That is just the coolest geek thing I’ve seen! Nice one.
I have 2 of those drives myself, but I also have the Apple ][+ they’re for. I want to get it working, but I’m afraid if I try to boot it up it won’t work.
Not a bad waste of time.. And by waist of time i mean why would you do anything with a mac.
